TaskSwitchXP	Enhanced Alt+Tab
Launchy	Application launcher
Paint.NET	Enhanced image editor
Xplorer2	Enhanced explorer, I use the free lite version
7-Zip	Archive packer/unpacker
Console2	Command shell replacement
FreeMind	Mindmapping app
GalleryRemote	For uploading pictures to my gallery
Picasa	For photo org, retouching and soon uploading to my gallery
Consolas font pack	Pretty fonts
Foxit PDF reader	Lighter weight that Adobes reader
Notepad++	It's not vim, but it's friendlier.
WinMerge	Merge, merge, merge
Firefox	see Firefox Settings
UnxUtils	ls -la bitches
SftpDrive	To mount my hosting space as a drive

• FreeCommander Replaced with Xplorer2, since it has better funcationality
• SlickRun Replaced with Launchy, since it's prettier
• RocketDock Replaced with Objectdock, since it can include running programs
• UltraMon | I don't use this anymore since I don't currently have and dual display machines
